On that day everyone who will visit us, are going to dive into the world of afflated
cinema. The Greatest works of our submitters will be presented and shown to everyone.
Nobody will get bored on this event! You will meet new community, get acquainted with
interesting and familiar people, see directors and ask them any of your questions about
filmmaking.
Do what you like and be The Greatest in it! - that is our motto. Maybe your film is not
gathering thousands of viewers yet, but it is just a question of time. On this festival
you can be The Greatest TODAY. We are waiting for your works.
Here, in New
York, in this festival, future stars are born. Our mission is to discover The Greatest
directors, composers, script writers, editors of 21st century, who are ready to be like
Tarantino, Spielberg or Fellini, but on their own. If you are one of them and ready to
impress people and to open your soul for cinema, we are totally welcome you. Show your

For the filmmaker whose unique voice, colorful vision and creative leadership made a mark on a screen. Bold, inspired, unforgettable.

1. Open to All Filmmakers, All Genres We welcome filmmakers from any background, of any age, and from anywhere in the world. Your film can be fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, or anything in between. If it’s personal and passionate — it belongs here, because everyone should have his chance to be The Greatest!
2. Length & Format Requirements • Short films: up to 30 minutes • Medium-Length 30-60 minutes • Feature films: 60–150 minutes • Music videos: up to 10 minutes • File format: H.264 (.mp4 or .mov), Full HD (1920x1080) or higher • Audio: Stereo mix required (5.1 optional), English subtitles must be embedded for non-English dialogue
3. Premiere Status Not Required Your film does not need to be a world, U.S., or New York premiere. If it fits our mission, it’s welcome — no matter where it’s screened before.
4. Submission Deadline & Fees Late submissions may be accepted with an additional fee. All fees are non-refundable.
5. You Retain All Rights Filmmakers retain full ownership and copyright to their submitted work. By submitting, you give us permission to screen your film during the festival and use stills/trailers for promotional purposes.
6. One Film – One Voice Every submission should be accompanied by a short filmmaker’s note (up to 150 words), telling us why this film matters to you. We believe technical skill is nothing without personal voice.
7. Greatness Has No Formula We don’t select by popularity, budget, or star power. We seek bold vision, raw passion, and storytelling that dares. If your film has heart — it has a chance to be The Greatest. We totally welcome everyone!
